Classic Food Trading is a wholesale food supplier registered and operating in Qatar. We supply food products to restaurants, hotels, cafes, catering companies, and other food service businesses across Qatar. Our registered address is Building 551, Street 3085, Birkat Al Awamer, Doha, Qatar.
Our wholesale services are available exclusively to registered businesses operating in Qatar, including restaurants, cafes, hotels, catering companies, supermarkets, and food service operators. By placing an order, you confirm that:
We reserve the right to decline orders from individuals without a valid business purpose.
Orders can be placed via our website's order request form, by WhatsApp (+974 7446 9031), or by emailing info@classicfoodtrading.com. A submitted order request is an enquiry, not a confirmed order, until you receive a written confirmation from our team.
We will confirm your order within 2 business hours during operating hours (Saturday–Thursday, 8 AM–8 PM). Confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email. Orders submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next working day.
Minimum order values or quantities may apply depending on product category. Our team will advise you of any minimum requirements at the time of quotation.
All prices are quoted in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations in commodity prices, exchange rates, or supplier pricing. The price applicable to your order is that confirmed at the time of written order confirmation.
We offer same-day delivery for orders confirmed before 12:00 PM (noon) Qatar time, subject to product availability and delivery location. Orders confirmed after noon will be delivered the following business day unless otherwise agreed.
We deliver to all areas within Qatar. Delivery fees, if any, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
You are responsible for ensuring an authorised person is available to receive the delivery at the specified address and time. If delivery cannot be completed due to an absent recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.
While we make every effort to meet delivery commitments, Classic Food Trading is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, road closures, or force majeure events.
All products supplied by Classic Food Trading meet Qatar's food safety standards and regulations. We source from reputable, certified suppliers. Product specifications, packaging sizes, or brands may vary based on availability. We will notify you of any material substitutions before fulfilment.
If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect products, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or credit note at our discretion.
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Non-perishable product returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 48 hours of delivery, provided the products are unopened and in original packaging.
Any delivery shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. We will investigate and arrange replacement or credit as appropriate.
Payment terms are agreed individually with each client at the time of account setup. Common terms include cash on delivery, bank transfer prior to delivery, or agreed credit terms for established accounts. We reserve the right to suspend delivery to accounts with overdue balances.
